Q)What is my obligations ?
A)You need to purchase one carton of 120 capsules every three months in order to keep the free use of the machine.
 
Q)What does a coffee cost me ?
A)A coffee costs .85c for a single shot capsule when ordering one carton of one variety or .95c per capsule when ordering mixed cartons . If you order double shot pods the price is $1.Xxx for one carton of one variety or $1.xxxx if ordering mixed cartons
 
Q)How do we re-order our Coffee Capsules?
A)Your standing order will be shipped to you automatically every three months. You are able to amend your order online at www.bluepod.com.au or by phone 1300 622 126.. You can always order more pods any time you want
 
Q)Is the internet site safe to order from?
A)Our site uses Secure Pay Internet facility and all credit card details are encrypted so it is safe and easy to use
 
Q)Do we need to pay up front for all your coffee capsules
A)No, we require an upfront payment of only one third of the total value of your order by credit card or Paypal. We will automatically charge your credit card with a further one third of the outstanding amount a month from the delivery and the last outstanding payment a month later. If you pay upfront for the full amount of your order you will receive a discount of 2%
 
Q)How do we pay ?
A)We accept all cards. Visa and Master Card are free of surcharge however we charge 2.5% for Amex and Diners. We also accept Paypal payment
 
Q)Does the machine require plumbing?
A)No
 
Q)What varieties of pods can we purchase?
A)We have six varieties of capsules to suite all tastes. Two of the blends of come in single and double shot capsules. The blends include a Rainforest Alliance blend and decaffeinated blend.
 
Q)What is a double shot capsule?
A)A double shot capsule lets you make either a double strength coffee or allows you to make two coffees at once. Thus saving time and money as a double shot capsule when used for two coffees is cheaper than two single shot capsules
 
Q)Can we order a mixed box?
A)Yes all of our blends of coffee come in packs of 20 pods to a sleeve . You need to order a minimum of 6 sleeves (6x20 ) to fill one box . You can order any combination of sleeves.
 
Q)How quickly will we receive our order after payment?
A)All orders which are placed and paid for prior to 2.30pm EST will be dispatched that day. Most orders are delivered in three working days in all Capital cities
 
Q)Does the coffee machine make a mess?
A)The pod system is very clean and thus requires minimal regular cleaning.
 
Q)Does the coffee machine make tea?
A)The machine has a hot water function for tea.
 
Q)If the machine does not work what do we do?
A)You may place a service request through the website or call on 1300 622 126 and most problems can be resolved on the phone. If not we will arrange an replacement machine promptly.
 
Q)Why use a pod compared to beans?
A)The coffee is always freshly sealed in the pod and perfectly ground. This ensures a perfect fresh coffee with thick rich crema every time without fail. It also provides greater variety as different people can drink their preferred variety.
 
Q)Do you need to sign a contract.
A)There is no minimum term contract nor penalty for not meeting the minimum monthly requirement to keep the machine. You need to accept our terms and conditions online. If you do not want to continue with the plan you need to inform us via the web portal otherwise we will automatically dispatch your default order every three months. If you do not want continue with the Blue Pod you system you must return the machine to us.
 
Q)Are there any costs besides paying for consumables.
A)Freight is FREE for oders of two or more cartons .If you order one carton there is a $12.00 freight charge
 
Q)Are there any maintenance costs.
A)We pay for and are responsible for all maintenance issues.
